Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.

This Court as per the order dated 2nd February, 2021 has granted an interim protection from arrest. It was extended from time Satish Sangar 1/2

21-ABA-134-2021.doc to time. In the meantime, the Police have filed a charge-sheet against the present Applicant and others. The relevant papers are filed on behalf of the Applicant. The Police have accepted bail as per the interim order. The submission about filing of charge-sheet was made before this Court on 1st July, 2023. However, necessary papers were not annexed. Today, they are annexed.

In view of this, his custodial interrogation is not required. Hence, the order dated 2nd February, 2021 is confirmed. 4.

Accordingly, the Application is disposed of.
