This petition is filed seeking direction to respondent No.5 in pursuance to the petitioner's complaint dated 31st December, 2016. 2.

Learned A.P.P on instructions makes a statement that the preliminary inquiry into the petitioners' said complaint is pending and the appropriate decision would be taken and the same would be communicated to the petitioners within one week.
