P.C.:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Applicants and the learned APP appearing for the Respondent No.1-State. The second Respondent has already caused appearance. Hence, a case is made out for restoration. Accordingly, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Restored Application shall be placed for admission on 29th March, 2017. Ad-interim relief, which was granted earlier in the disposed of Application also stands restored which will continue to operate till the next date.
