This is an application for grant of pre-arrest bail for the offences punishable under sections 37t6(2)((2n(, 31), 384,, 50,, 506 of Indian Penal Code in respect of C.R. No. ,7t9 of )019 registered with Kharghar Police Station, Navi Mumbai. Learned APP on instructions has submitted a communication dated 084/1)/)0)1 addressed to him by the Investigating Ofcer wherein it is mentioned that upon investigation, it is revealed that the nature of the offences is non-cognizable and accordingly a report has been submitted to the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Panvel for grant of 'NC Summary'.

In this view of the matter, nothing survives for consideration in the present application and the application is not pressed.

It is clarifed that in the event, 'NC Summary' is not accepted by the learned Magistrate and further steps are to be taken against the applicant, 7t) hours notice be given by the Investigating Ofcer to the applicant before taking any coercive action against him.
