DATED : 16th JUNE, 2022 P.C:- On the matter being referred to the mediator, mediation has failed. The applicant was admitted to interim protection on 21/1/2022, and was directed to report to the concerned police station as and when called for and to co-operate in the investigation.

2/2 13 ABA.odt Today, the learned APP through the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court state that he do not desire to have the custody of the applicant for the purpose of further investigation as the applicant has co-operated in the investigation. In the wake of the statement made by the Investigating Officer to the effect that no custodial interrogation is not necessary, the order dated 21/2/2022 releasing the applicant on bail in the event of his arrest, is confirmed. The applicant shall continue to render his cooperation to the Investigating Officer. In view of the disposal of the ABA, Interim Applications do not survive and are disposed off accordingly. ( SMT.
