This application has been sent by the applicant from jail praying for issuance of necessary directions for expediting the hearing of the Sessions Case No.231 of 2010 pending on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Kalyan.

We have heard Smt. Sonia Miskin, the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

We have also perused the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of the Respondent State.

9 APPLN 49 OF 2015.doc the trial is pending for the last five years. We, accordingly, expedite the hearing of the trial and direct the trial Court to complete the hearing of the Sessions trial as expeditiously as possible.
