Applicant in jail has submitted this application for expeditious disposal of the Sessions' trial in Case No.112 of 2009. Learned APP has shown to Court a report dated 6th July 2015 sent by Senior Police Inspector, Shivaginagar Police Station, Ambernath.

That report shows that recording of evidence is already over and matter was fixed on 7.7.2015 for final argument by the Trial Court. In this situation, if the matter is not already disposed of, we direct the Sessions Court to decide it finally by 15th September 2015. With this direction, we dispose of this Application. (A.S.
