The learned counsel appearing for the appellant submits that the respondents are not served. We direct the concerned Investigating machinery to serve the unserved respondents within four weeks from today and file the afÏdavit of service on or before the next date. 2.

We make it clear that in case the unserved respondents are not served, and if the afÏdavit of service along with status report is not filed within the aforesaid period, the appeal shall stand dismissed as against the unserved respondents without further reference to the Court.
