The only request made by the Petitioner in the above Petition is that the Revision Application filed by the Petitioner which is pending before the State Government i.e. Hon'ble Minister for Revenue be heard and decided within a particular time frame. At the request of the Learned AGP the above Petition was adjourned for today so as to enable the Learned AGP to take instructions and inform this Court about the time frame within which the Revision would be decided. However, the Learned AGP is not in a position to make a statement one way or the other. In view of the fact that the Revision Application is pending since December 2015, it would be just and proper if the concerned authority of the State Government is directed to hear and decide the Revision latest by BGP.

31.05.2017 and report compliance to this Court. The Learned AGP to forthwith inform the concerned authority of the State Government of the instant order. With the aforesaid directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
