Mr. Pakale, learned Counsel for the Petitioners in both Petitions states that the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 are already served by private notice pursuant to the liberty granted by this Court vide order dated 9th August, 2021. Statement is accepted. None appeared for the Respondent Nos.3 to 5 when the matter called out.

At this stage, learned Counsel for the Petitioners presses for order and direction against Respondent Nos.3 to 5 to consider the proposal submitted by the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to the Respondent No.3. Copy of the said proposal is annexed to the Writ Petition at Exhibit 25.

The Respondent No.3 is directed to consider the said proposal submitted by Respondent Nos.4 and 5 within eight weeks from the date of communicating this order to the Respondent Nos.4 and 5. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merits of the proposal submitted by the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 to the Respondent No.3. It is also made clear that order that would be passed by the Respondent No.3, shall be communicated to the Petitioner and the Respondent Nos.4 and 5 within one week thereafter. If any adverse order is passed against the Petitioner or Respondent Nos.4 and 5, they are at liberty to fle appropriate proceedings.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. There shall be no order as to costs.
