Learned counsel for the respondents states that the matter has been settled between the parties. In paragraph 6 of the Civil Application No. 64 of 2018 it has been stated that the petitioner wants to withdraw the Contempt Petition as the matter has been settled.

In this view of the matter, nothing remains for consideration in the Contempt Petition. The same is disposed of as withdrawn.
