The petitioner, who was convicted for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 393, 398, 307 read with Section 34 the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for set-off under Section 428 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. 2.

As stated by Ms. Shinde, learned APP, by this time, the petitioner might have undergone more than seven year imprisonment and released from the jail.
