Learned APP states that only two witnesses are left to be examined. She submits that the trial has already been expedited and that a direction can be given to complete the trial within a certain period.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the Applicant does not press this Application and seeks leave to withdraw this Application. Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Judge shall record the evidence of the two witnesses left to be examined, at the earliest and conclude the trial as far as possible within four months, from the date of receipt of this order.
