2018.09.10 12:24:58 +0530 Pallavi Mahendra Wargaonkar dated 25th February 2015 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2036 of 2015. We have perused the affidavit-in-reply of Shri Rajendra Bhimrao Chavan, Tahasildar, Khalapur. Copies of the orders passed on 20th April 2016 and 17th April 2017 by the State Government and the Collector respectively are filed on record. Though belatedly, compliance has been made with the order of which breach is complained of. Hence, this is not a case to initiate action under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971. Accordingly, the contempt petition is disposed of by discharging the notice.
