Having heard learned Counsels for the respective parties, for the reasons stated in paragraph nos. 2 to 11 of the application, we dispose of the application by passing following order. i) The District Court at Niphad is directed to dispose of Regular Civil Appeal No.130 of 2013, Regular Civil Appeal No. 139 of 2013 and Regular Civil Appeal No. 140 of 2013 as expeditiously as salgaonkar

28 cai 154-14 .doc possible, and preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order. All parties are directed to co-operate. ii) We also direct the Civil Judge Junior Division, Yeola, to dispose of RCS Suit No. 199 of 2000 as expeditiously as possible and preferably with a period of one year from the date of receipt of the order.

Iii) All parties are directed to co-operate.
