By this civil application, applicant/original opponent is seeking condonation of 150 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 22.06.2017 passed by the learned Commissioner, under the Employees Compensation Act, 1953 in Workman's Compensation (NF) No.34 of 2011. Considering the submissions made by learned Counsel for the applicant, averments made in civil application, I am satisfied that the applicant has made out case for allowing this civil application.
