Learned counsel for the Applicant states that during pendency of the application, charge-sheet is filed and the Applicant now can approach Court of Sessions for his release on bail in change circumstances. He therefore seeks withdrawal of this application with such liberty.

Considering this prayer, the application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Applicant to approach Court of Sessions for the same relief of bail.
