The challenge in this Writ Petition is to the order of issuance of non bailable warrant by the Trial Court.

The learned advocate for the Petitioners undertakes to appear before the Trial Court on the given dates and co-operate with the proceedings. Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the Petitioners be directed to give their present address.

In view of the above, the following order is passed :- (a)Non-bailable warrant issued against the Petitioners is hereby canceled.
