It is submitted by the learned prosecutor that the earlier application for bail of applicant/accused was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge on 15/01/2017 and thereafter this application was filed on 17/01/2017. In between charge-sheet is filed by the Investigating Officer on the same day i.e. 17/01/2017. 2.
