This Application is filed by the State of Maharashtra seeking condonation of delay in filing First Appeal arising from the decision of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Alibag, District Raigad in Land Acquisition Reference.

After having heard learned counsel for the parties and perusing the Application, I find that sufficient cause is made out for condonation of delay. Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed.
