The Judgment is pronounced in the presence of Dr. Abhinav Chandrachud, the learned counsel for the Petitioners and Mr. Ankit Lohia, the learned counsel for the Respondents at 2 p.m. in Chamber. 2.

After pronouncing the Judgment, the learned Advocate for the Applicant/Respondent No. 2 has requested for staying the effect and operation of Order for eight weeks, for the reason that they want to challenge the said Judgment.

The Order of perjury is also referred by the applicant in support of stay request. It is opposed on behalf of the Petitioners. 4.

This Court is inclined to grant stay so as to give an opportunity to the applicant to challenge this Judgment.

As on today, the suit is of the year 2007 and it is submitted that it is pending for hearing the arguments.

So the effect of operation of the Order is stayed for six weeks from today.
