Learned Counsel for these Respondents states that he shall obtain a vakalatnama from the legal heirs and file the same. The civil applications are allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. 1 / 2

There is a delay of about 7 months in taking out the civil application. The delay is explained in the civil application. For the reasons stated, the delay is condoned and the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
