Civil Application No.1169 of 2016 On the applicant depositing with the Reference Court the entire amount of compensation as awarded

On such deposit the claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of that amount without furnishing any surety. The remaining amount shall be invested in Fixed Deposit.
