The learned counsel for the parties submits that in view of the order dated 20th July, 2016 passed in Writ Petition No. 11901 of 2015 and other connected Petitions, nothing survives in the matter as the impugned Resolution has already been quashed and set aside and the matter has been remanded to the Management Council to take fresh decision on the recommendation of the Grievance Committee after granting an opportunity of hearing to all the concerned. In the said order dated 20th July, 2016 the Management has been directed to Vishal Parekar 1/2

21-wp-3870-2014 take appropriate decision as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this Petition by observing that the order passed in Writ Petition No. 11901 of 2015 dated 20th July, 2016 shall apply to this matter also. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of as such.
