This is an application for bail.

The learned APP on instructions submits that trial has commenced and the prosecution has examined 9 witnesses. Considering these facts, I am not inclined to entertain present application. It appears that the applicant is in jail since 2019. The trial court shall thus endeavour to conclude the trial as early as possible. If the trial is not concluded within a period of 9 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the applicant is at liberty to file a fresh bail application before the trial Court. The application is disposed of in aforesaid terms. Interim Application also stands disposed of.
