It is stated therein that the investigation has revealed that Section 31(1)(ix) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 is not made out and as regard the other offences are concerned, NC final summary has been submitted on 4 July 2022. The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that nothing survives in this Petition and is accordingly disposed of.
