The petitioner claims harassment and invited our attention to paragraph No.6 of the writ petition.

Learned APP has invited our attention to report as lodged and investigation as conducted. He pointed out that charge-sheet has been filed and the material prima facie shows payment of Rs.25,000/- on first occasion and Rs.10,000/- and Rs.40,000/- on second occasion to the petitioner and non fulfillment of promise by him. The promise made by the him is to supply appliances manufactured in other countries at lessor cost because of his acquaintances in some departments of government. 3.
Learned APP states that apart from complainant/informant there are also other person who have been cheated by the petitioner in the matter.

In this situation, no case is made out warranting intervention at this stage.
