In view of the fact that the charge-sheet has already been filed in respect of the offences arising under the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, no relief can be granted to the Applicants in the above Criminal Application. The above Criminal Application is accordingly rejected. However, the statutory remedies of the Applicants are kept open.
