The Writ Petitioners challenged a Government Resolution dated 17th December 2018 issued by the Higher & Technical Education Department, Mumbai. About 60 such Writ Petitions pending before the Aurangabad and Nagpur Benches of this Court have been transferred to the Principal Seat at Mumbai.
