The learned counsel submits that the present application is filed on the ground that there is delay in conclusion of trial and that the applicant is languishing in jail since 1st October 2014 which is approximately 7 years and 5 months. In the present case, the charge is framed on 23rd June 2017. The learned APP submits that some of the accused in the present case were enlarged on bail and they are absconding. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that original accused no.3 is absconding and other three are attending respective dates.
