It is an Application for delay moved by the Applicants/State. 2.

Heard Mr. N. B. Patil, learned AGP for the Applicants / State. Though the Respondents are duly served, remained absent when the matter is called out.

Learned AGP Mr. Patil submits that there is delay of 1 year and 110 days in preferring the Appeal. He submits that the delay caused in this case was not intentional and it was caused for completing the formalities and therefore he urged to condone the delay.

For the reasons stated in the Application for condonation of delay in paragraphs 5 to 7, it would be just and proper to condone the delay in the interest of justice. Hence, I pass the following order; :: ORDER ::

(i) Application for condonation of delay is hereby allowed in terms of prayer clause 9b.
