The prisoner has forwarded a letter which points out his false implication, denial to default bail and also prayer for quashing of the prosecution or for his release on bail. 2.

Learned APP submits that the Sessions Case is of the year 2017. It appears that he is accused in Sessions Case No.699 of 2017 and he has forwarded this letter on 11/12/2019. He has also demanded certain papers like lock up diary. 3.

We permit him to make all these demands before the Session Court where his criminal case is pending. If he does not have any legal assistance, Superintendent of Yerawada Central nilegaonkar 1/2
