After the earlier order passed by this court, the petitioner has been granted the tribe validity certificate by the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Amravati Division, Amravati by its order dated 30th January, 2017. 2.
We take a copy of the same on record and mark it as 'X' for identification. In view thereof, nothing survives in the writ petition and the same is disposed of accordingly. The committee's earlier order is quashed and set aside. Now, the petitioner will be handed over the validity certificate within a period of two weeks from today.

Needless to clarify that the petitioner can continue with his employment and no action can be taken against him on the basis of any show cause notice or disciplinary proceedings.
