Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, states that the petitioner is ready and willing to approach Civil Court. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the meantime a limited protection be granted and the orders impugned be stayed for a period of 6 weeks.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the execution/implementation of orders impugned is hereby stayed for the period of 6 weeks.

Needless to mention that Civil Court shall decide the suit/interim injunction application/s on it'

s own merits without being influenced by the orders impugned. All the contentions of the petitioners and contesting respondents are kept open. 4.
