The under trial prisoner seeks expeditious adjudication of Sessions Case No. 548 of 2018 on the file of the Sessions Court at Mumbai. According to his letter he is being tried for the offence under section 302 IPC. As the Sessions trial is of the year 2018, we direct the prisoner to move appropriate application in the pending trial.

Order be served upon the prisoner in jail.
