By this Civil Application, the Applicant, Petitioner in the Contempt Petition has made a prayer for fixing an early date of hearing of the above Contempt Petition. It is stated that the Applicant - Petitioner is 74 years of age. The relevant averments can be seen in paragraph No.5 of the application.

Having perused the application, it is in the interest of justice that the Contempt Petition be heard expeditiously. Accordingly, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). List this Contempt Petition for final hearing under the caption of "Expedited Matters" as per its turn.
