By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the impugned Look Out Circular issued by the respondent No.2-Serious Digitally signed by RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Date:
2024.02.09 11:18:48 +0530 RAJESHRI PRAKASH AHER Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO) to the Immigration Authority. Mr.Halwasia, learned counsel for the respondent No.2. Rajeshri Aher 1/2
11 wp 390 of 2023.doc fairly states that after investigation, the SFIO has not found any material to implicate the petitioner as an accused, and, as such have withdrawn the Look Out Notice issued at their behest, as against the petitioner. Learned counsel for the respondent No.2 showed us the communication dated 31st January 2024, addressed to the Commissioner Bureau of Investigating Agency, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, by the Deputy Director of SFIO, withdrawing the Look Out Notice, as against the petitioner. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in this Petition.
The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
