Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 114/2018 registered with Nandgaon Police Station for offence punishable under Sections 302, 120(B), 143, 147, 148, 149 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant was arrested on 27/06/2018.

In the Test Identification Parade, applicant was identified as one of the co-accused and blood stained clothes are recovered. As

That being so, no case for bail is made out. As such, application stands rejected. Filing of the report by the Chemical Analyser is expedited.
