Heard. This application is for substitute service on respondent under Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by publication in two leading news papers.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that initially, they made Civil Application for issuing fresh notice to the respondent at his address. Said notice was returned unserved, as the respondent shifted to other place. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that they tried to find out the present correct address. To that effect, they made averments in paragraph 5 of the Civil Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in paragraph 5 of the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. 4.

Hence, the following order:

a) The applicant is permitted to serve the respondent under order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 by publication in two leading news papers.

b) The applicant to complete the service within 12 weeks from today.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
