Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Memorandum of Settlement is executed and signed between the parties. He therefore submits that in view of the Memorandum of Settlement nothing survives for adjudication in the Contempt Petition. Copy of the Memorandum of Settlement dated 12th February 2024 is placed on record alongwith a praecipe submitted by the learned counsel for respondent no. 6.
