Learned Counsel for the petitioners does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same, since the trial has commenced and issues have been framed. He, however, prays that the trial of the Petitioners i.e. Suit No.4497 of 2010, be expedited. 2.
Petition is accordingly disposed of as not pressed. All contentions of all the parties are kept open in the trial. 3.
Since the suit is of the year 2010, the hearing of the Suit No.4497 of 2010, which is pending before the Bombay City Civil Court at
2/2 29-wp.1373.2016.doc Bombay, is expedited. The learned Judge to decide the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 12 months from the date of receipt of this order.
