CORAM : S.C. Dharmadhikari and Prakash D. Naik, JJ.

28 March, 2018.

P.C. :- We have heard both sides. Perused the application and the order under which the condition is imposed. The Criminal Appeal is of the year 2015.

902 APPA 89-2018 .doc 2.

The conviction and sentence is for an offence punishable under section 302 of Indian Penal Code. While enlarging the applicant on bail this Court has imposed a reasonable condition of reporting to the C.S.T Railway Police Station once in three months. We do not see how such a condition can be termed as unreasonable or excessive. The Application is entirely misconceived, it is dismissed.
