Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 304/2018 registered with Nigadi Police Station, Pune for offence punishable under Section 394 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Applicant was subjected to interrogation and is already chargesheeted. There is recovery of amount of Rs. 45,000/- and the main cause for her involvement in the crime in question appears to be

Considering there are no criminal antecedents and applicant is a female, case for bail is made out. Hence, following order: (A) Applicant be released in Crime No. 304/2018 registered with Nigadi Police Station, Pune on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

(C) Applicant, if found involved in similar type of offence, the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of bail.

(D) Applicant shall furnish her whereabouts and contact number to the Investigating Officer within one week from the date of her released.

Application stands disposed of.
