By this civil application, the Applicant -State of Maharashtra is seeking stay of the judgment and award dated 23rd July, 2010 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Barshi, Dist. Solapur in L.A. R. No. 93 of 2004.

In view of disposal of the First Appeal on its own merits, nothing survives in the present civil application. Hence, Civil Application is disposed of as infructuous.
