By this Civil Application, the applicants/original claimant is seeking early hearing of First Appeal No.1727 of 2002 on the ground that the appellant no.1 is a senior citizen.

Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicants, averments made in the Civil Application and the Office note shows that R and P is received with paper book, I am satisfied that the applicants have made out a case for allowing the Civil Application.

RNG 2/2 25.ca.1252.19.f.a.1727.02 O R D E R (i) Hearing of First Appeal No.1727 of 2002 is expedited in the category of 'Senior Citizens'.

(ii) The Registry is directed to place First Appeal No.1727 of 2002 for final hearing in the weekly board as per its turn in the list of " Senior citizens."

(iii) Liberty is granted to the Applicant if she so desires, to file their private paperbook in the Registry on or before 31.8.2019 with copy to other side.
