The learned counsel appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 3 on instructions states that an agreement has been executed by City and Industrial Development Corporation of Maharashtra Ltd. on 17th May, 2015 in terms of the order dated 23rd July, 2014. We accept the said statement. Though belatedly, compliance is made of the order dated 23rd July, 2014. If the aforesaid statement is found to be incorrect, the petitioner can always move this Court. Subject to what is observed above, the contempt petition is disposed of.
