The petitioner has filed this writ petition challenging order dated 25th August 2022. The application was filed before the Magistrate seeking expeditious disposal of the petition. The Family Court disposed of the application observing that priority will be given to the matter.

Since the petitioner has failed to point out the petitions filed after the petitioner'

s petition are disposed of by the Family Court, there is no reason to interfere with the order. 3.

The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
