Applicants are apprehending arrest in connection with CR No. 700 of 2017 Vaishali Nagar Police Station, Jaipur City for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code. Applicants are seeking protection under Section 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure for a temporary period to enable them to take appropriate steps and to approach the competent Court for obtaining appropriate relief. 2.
Applicants had preferred Anticipatory Bail Application No. 26 of 2019, Anticipatory Bail Application No. 27 of 2019, Anticipatory Bail Application No. 31 of 2019 seeking similar relief
Sknair 915-aba-168-19.odt in connection with other complaint lodged by the same complainant. This Court by order dated 8th January, 2019 granted protection to the applicant and others for a period of six weeks to enable that to approach the appropriate Court. It is submitted that the dispute which was subject matter of above application is common. Applicant No.2 has lodged several complaints against the complainant. In the circumstances, the relief as prayed in this application can be granted.
ORDER
i.
In the event of arrest of applicants in connection with CR No. 700 of 2017 registered with Vaishali Nagar Police Station, Jaipur City, applicants be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount;
ii.
This protection is granted for a period of six weeks to enable the applicant to approach appropriate Court for appropriate reliefs;
iii.
Anticipatory Bail Application No. 168 of 2019 stands disposed off.
