Heard learned counsel for parties.

In the present proceedings, the Respondent - State has filed their affidavit-in-reply dated 25th July, 2018 duly affirmed by Pravin Salunkhe, Deputy Collector, Land Acquisition No.7, Solapur stating that they will take a decision within four months for acquiring the Petitioners' property as per law. Paragraph 3 of the said affidavit reads thus: "3.

I say that, the Authority/Respondent No.1 will take decision within four months for acquiring the property as per law." In view of the affidavit in reply filed by the State, the grievances of the Petitioners is redressed.

Hence, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in view of Pg 1 of 2
