Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner has given no instructions. The Petitioner has challenged the order of suspension dated 19 September 2013. There is no interim relief in this petition. Pursuant to the order of suspension which was issued pending the inquiry. the inquiry must be proceeded further and therefore the Petitioner perhaps is not interested in prosecuting this petition.
